Regina Blu in Vlore is a fascinating place with great views. the triple room features a very comfy bed and amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and tea and coffee making equipment. the hotel is in an absolutely perfect setting in a nice area, close to the ferry to Sazan, and a nice restaurant. the a la carte restaurant nearby offers outstanding food.
